Music & Dance
We had a zone for music and dance with a DJ and two of our colleagues dressed as 'Soora pappa' (Asterix) and 'Jim pappa' (Obelix). They encouraged the participants to dance. We observed that some of the participants, particularly some of our adult participants, danced from the beginning to the end of the carnival!
Graffiti Wall
The 'Graffiti Wall' offered a place for the participants to engage in choice- making to indicate their preferences. The activity involved placing hand prints by each participant using their preferred colour on the canvas. The children were given adequate opportunities, and most participated enthusiastically regardless of their level of skill.
Rhythmz
We sang songs and played several instruments such as a guitar, bongo drums, maracas etc. We also gave the opportunity to the participants to play instruments. The participants appeared to enjoy it very much and we all had a great evening.
Look Fancy
This stall offered nail art, face painting and mehndhi art. Both children and caregivers who attended the carnival visited this stall.
