Early Intervention

All children attending the Ayati center will undergo growth and developmental assessments regularly.

Psychological

Every child who presents with learning difficulties and any child whom the clinical team identifies as required will undergo a battery of assessments.

Social Welfare Scheme

Our social service officer assesses any deserving families for social welfare benefits. We also have sponsoring schemes for needy children.

Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)

We are the only facility in Sri Lanka that conducts formal ADOS assessments and issues reports. These could be done only by appointment.

Education & Support

Children with reading and writing difficulties undergo a complete educational evaluation at educational therapy unit.

Nursing Services

We are providing different kind of Nursing Services. Health education is given and discussed with families.

Physiotherapy

A variety of objective motor assessments are conducted at the physiotherapy unit. These may predict the later gross motor abilities of children.

Speech and Language Therapy

Every child who visits Ayati undergoes a detailed speech and language assessment using locally validated informal and formal tools and material.

Telehealth services
(Video TH)

Ayati offered telehealth to more than 1500 children during the lockdown and this included team meetings with various clinicians and cross referrals. Learning from these lessons we are offering this continuous service for deserving clients. If you are a Sri Lankan living overseas or if you are living in another district you can access this service.
