Communication + project 2015
As a follow-up to the events we undertook as part of the 'International Communication Project 2014' last year, we launched our new project 'Communication +' in January 2015. The project has three distinct aims:
- To raise awareness of children and adults with disabilities and to increase their access to rehabilitation services, education and social participation both locally in Ragama and across the country.
- To encourage collaborative research projects across disciplines and to disseminate local research to a wide range of stakeholders both locally and internationally.
- To provide opportunities for Continued Professional Development for speech and language therapists, audiologists, teachers and disability-activists.
