Communication + project 2015

As a follow-up to the events we undertook as part of the 'International Communication Project 2014' last year, we launched our new project 'Communication +' in January 2015. The project has three distinct aims:

  1. To raise awareness of children and adults with disabilities and to increase their access to rehabilitation services, education and social participation both locally in Ragama and across the country.
  2. To encourage collaborative research projects across disciplines and to disseminate local research to a wide range of stakeholders both locally and internationally.
  3. To provide opportunities for Continued Professional Development for speech and language therapists, audiologists, teachers and disability-activists.
