වෛද්‍ය පීඨයේ නියමිත අවසන් උපාධි පරීක්ෂණ වලින් සමත් උපාධි ලාභීන් සඳහා වන උපාධි ප්‍රදානෝත්සවයක් ඉදිරියේදී පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු යොදා තිබෙන අතර ඒ සඳහා වන අයදුම්පත්‍රය පහත දක්වා තිබේ.අදාල උපාධිලාභීන් එහි දක්වා ඇති දිනට පෙර අයදුම්පත්‍ර නිසි පිරිදි සම්පූර්ණ කර නියෝජ්‍ය ලේඛකාධිකාරී,විභාග අංශය වෙත ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑල මගින් හෝ රැගෙන විත් භාර දිය යුතුය.

The University of Kelaniya is organizing a graduation ceremony for Faculty of Medicine, graduands who passed the final degree examinations. The application form for this event is provided below. The relevant graduates should duly complete the application form and submit it to the Deputy Registrar, Examination Division, either by registered mail or in person, before the specified date.

Note: The results records of graduates who passed the final degree examinations are provided separately for each degree. Only the graduates whose names are included in these results records are eligible to apply for this graduation ceremony.
