The Health Data Science Unit of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Kelaniya held a certificate awarding ceremony on January 11, 2025, to honor the 5^th batch of students who completed the Certificate Course in Information Technology. The event, which also marked the inauguration of the 6^th batch of the program, took place at the Faculty of Medicine auditorium. Certificates were awarded to 30 students who successfully completed the course. Professor Madawa Chandratilake, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, attended as the chief guest. The ceremony was also graced by Mrs. W.E.M. Wagalath, Senior Assistant Registrar of the faculty, alongside staff members of the Health Data Science Unit, students, and their families
