Prof. Niranga Manjuri Devanarayana delivers K.N. Seneviratne Memorial Oration 2023
Prof. Niranga Manjuri Devanarayana, Chair Professor of Physiology, delivered the prestigious K.N. Seneviratne Memorial Oration 2023, at the Inauguration Ceremony of the 36th Annual Academic Sessions of the Physiological Society of Sri Lanka, which was held at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, on 18th November 2023.
The topic of her oration was “Gut-brain communication: A mysterious hidden dialogue”. During her oration, Prof. Devanarayane provided insightful information on the brain-gut axis which is one of her main research interests.
