Professor I.D.G. Kitulwatte delivers 2019 Annual Oration of the College of Forensic Pathologist of Sri Lanka

Prof. I.D.G. Kitulwatte, Professor in Forensic Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya delivered 2019 Annual Oration of the College of Forensic Pathologists of Sri Lanka on “Challenges in Formulating Medico-Legal Opinion-Evidence Based Practice, the Way Forward” on 22nd of November at Waters’s Edge, Ethul Kotte. Oration was the main event of the inauguration ceremony of the 18th Annual Academic Sessions of the CFPSL and the Chief Guest was Mr. Yasantha Kodagoda, President of the Court of Appeal, Sri Lanka while the guest of Honor was Dr. Jayantha Herath, Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist, Ontario Forensic Pathology Service, Canada.
