Blood Donation Campaign – 2023
The blood donation campaign organized by the non-academic staff members of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya was successfully concluded on the 29th of November 2023 at the Faculty Main Examination Hall.
With the cooperation of the selfless donours, the organizers of the campaign were capable of handing over more than hundred pints of blood to the Blood Bank of Colombo North Teaching Hospital.
The success of the event is attributed to the financial donations made by the faculty staff members and the contributions made by Dr. Kavinda Dayasiri, Mr. Sisira Nanayakkara and Mr. Ajith Chandrasiri, should be specially appreciated.
A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible individuals who joined the blood donation campaign and made it a resounding success!
