Consultant Community Paediatrician
Team Lead / Head Clinician, Ayati National Center for Children with Disabilities.
Dr Dilini Vipulaguna is Sri Lanka’s first board-certified consultant community paediatrician, dedicated to improving the lives of children with developmental disorders and disabilities and safeguarding concerns. As clinical lead at the Ayati National Centre and "Lama Piyasa" ward, she also develops community paediatric services nationwide. A council member of the Sri Lanka College of Paediatricians (2022-2025) and President-elect of the Sri Lanka Association for Child Development (2025-2027), Dr. Vipulaguna has forged international collaborations to advance paediatric care. She contributed to national guidelines on neurodevelopmental disorders and served as Sri Lanka’s representative for ARNEC, advocating for inclusive, universal intervention services.
