AudCon 2025 – 1^st International Audiology Conference in Sri Lanka

Theme: From Sound to Science: Elevating Audiology in Sri Lanka
Dates: 28–29 November 2025
Venue: Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya

We are excited to announce AudCon 2025, the first international conference dedicated to Audiology in Sri Lanka. This academic event brings together clinicians, researchers, academics, and students to explore advancements in hearing and balance sciences.

The conference will feature scientific presentations (International & Local), oral and poster sessions, and professional networking opportunities.

Call for Abstracts is Now Open!

Researchers, clinicians, and students are invited to submit abstracts under the following themes:

• Paediatric Hearing Care- Focus on hearing aid technology, implantable devices, and other hearing related research.
• Adult Hearing Care– Tinnitus management, hearing aid and implantal solutions, and other hearing related research.
• Innovation and Technology in Audiology– Advances in diagnostic tools, tele-audiology, software, AI integration, and digital health.
• Vestibular Disorders– Diagnosis, assessment techniques, vestibular rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Auditory Rehabilitation– Post-fitting management, auditory training programs, counseling approaches, and outcome measures.

Participants may submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentations. Abstracts must be a maximum of 300 words and should be prepared according to the submission guidelines provided in the form.

• Oral Presentation:15-minute presentation slot
• Poster Presentation:10-minute presentation slot

Please note that only one abstract submission is allowed per email address. Ensure that all details are accurate before submitting.

Important Dates:

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 08 September 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: 01 October 2025
• Final Submission of Materials: 07 November 2025
