2. Self-Introduction
3. Reflective account including leadership/ teamwork activity with PATS
4. Reflective account on ethical/ moral dilemma
5. Activity on developing emotional intelligence
6. Documentary evidence including Professionalism Index
7. Discussion and future activity plan
8. References

General guidelines

• Maximum word limit is 3000 words
• Please note that your Portfolio should be submitted online as a PDF document , typed in 12-font Calibri or Times New Roman, spaced 1.5 lines with normal margins
• Don’t forget to include a cover page with your student registration number
• Should be submitted online on the relevant assignment submission portal created under PDFM Strand – Batch 30 on CAL by Friday 2^nd October 11.59 pm
• Each student’s professionalism index will be available by Friday 3^rd September 2020.
