All requests related to existing applications should be submitted to the ERC office by the relevant deadlines along with applicable processing fees.
An application for extension of approval along with documents listed below should be submitted, at least two months prior to expiry of the period of approval, if the study is expected to continue beyond the approved period. Your request will be included in the agenda for the next available ERC meeting, provided it is received by the relevant deadline and is complete.
- Covering letter
- Progress report along with Progress report submission form. Please follow guidelines for writing progress report
- Payment receipt if applicable
- Copy of ERC approval letter
