Eligibility to Participate:
All students from MBBS, SHS, and OT programs are eligible to participate.

Themes:
- Organ Donation Awareness
- Ethics & Decision-Making in Organ Donation
- Society & Humanity in Organ Donation
Submission Guidelines:
- Word Count: Minimum 1000 words (excluding references)
- Language: English
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 in MS-Word format
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Paper Size: A4 with 1-inch margins
- Referencing Style: APA 7th Edition
- No. of references: 10 – 15
Guidelines for Preparing the Manuscript
The manuscript should include:
- Title
- Author Name, Student Email, Degree Programme, Batch Number
- Abstract (250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords in alphabetical order)
- Introduction: The introduction should cover the background and the rationale/ justification of the review, the research problem and the objectives/ research questions.
- Methodology/Methods/Research Design: This section should include the search strategy, inclusion/ exclusion criteria and analytical techniques.
- Results and Discussion: It should include the findings of the review and interpretation of the results. The significance and implication of the findings should be discussed.
- Conclusions and Recommendations: It should include the key findings of the study and practical recommendations based on the study’s findings.
- Acknowledgement (If applicable)
- References: Authors should follow the 7th Edition of the APA Formatting and Referencing Guide for formatting, in-text citations, and referencing.
Figures and Tables:
- Figures and tables should be inserted after they are cited in the text.
- Figure captions should appear below the figures.
- Table titles should appear above the tables.
Submission:
Review and Acceptance:
- All submissions will be gone through a double-blind peer review.
- It will be checked in a Plagiarism Detecting Software to avoid potential infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Similarity Rate should be equal to or less than 20% for acceptance, including AI-assisted writing
- Compliance with the competition guidelines and academic integrity standards
Awards
Certificates and cash prizes will be awarded to the winners:
- 1st Place – Rs. 5,000.00
- 2nd Place – Rs. 3,000.00
- 3rd Place – Rs. 2,000.00
All winners will receive certificates of achievement. The winning papers will be published in Medical Library News.
