Pathology Museum Specimens

How to borrow an exhibit?

These exhibits can be borrowed for exhibitions and public displays for a nominal charge. In order to loan one of the exhibits, one must write to the dean of the Faculty regarding the requirement and an application for loan of museum specimens should be completed and get signed by the dean. You can download the application here.

Most common specimens that are usually borrowed are shown here along with their specimen numbers. Please use same numbers when filling the application form.

Then the museum can be viewed and the required items can be selected. Our helpful staff will assist you in this process. Once selected the specific museum numbers of the exhibits needed to be included in the application and make the payment to the Bursar office. The charge is Rs. 500 per exhibit for 3 days plus a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000.
