- Dr. K.A. Salvin, Senior Lecturer, of Department of Anatomy is on sabbatical leave for a period of one year from 15thSeptember 2014.
- Dr. Prasadth Fernando, Acting Head and Senior Lecturer of Department of Anatomy has attended MRCGP South Asia OSCE examination at Galadari Hotel, Colombo, as a Examiner – 13th September 2014 to 18th September 2014.
- Dr. R.M.S.L. Ranaweera, Senior Lecturer, of Department of Anatomy has attended "17th Triennial Conference of the International Council of Museums Committee for Conservation(ICOM-CC)" held in Melbourne, Australia on 15th of September.
