HISTORY

In 1997, the Computer centre of Faculty of Medicine was established with 10 computers and it provided IT facility for both students and staff of the Faculty. Prof. Kumara Mendis laid the foundation of Computer Centre under the guidance of former dean Prof. Emeritus Carlo Fonseka and Prof. Janaka de Silva.
